    Jolly

How good was Jolly against Carlton? How good has he been so far this season? Without doubt repaying the Swans with the ruckmen they were hoping for.

One of his best games for us. That mark, play on and goal from 45m out was sensational!!

Yeah, spot on. I have been telling my mates he is the premier ruckman in the comp for ages. Does not get the kudos he deserves...I couldn't believe he didn't even appear on the radar for the Vic/All Star game. Just wish he had of planned his family a little more carefully...we may very well have won a 2nd flag and denied the scum theirs...
      Go you mighty BLOODBOYS!

he will not be far away from AA selection this year imo. Has had very few poor games, and even when beaten in the middle has really made up for it with good work around the ground and has chipped in with some critical goals along the way to.

One of my favourite moments on today's game was Jolly's mark just outside F50 and then played on and kicked a goal. Brilliant!

Didn't like him a lot last year, but he's grown on me heaps this season. Made some much needed marks today.

Fantastic to behold! And he worked hard around the ground. And makes an almost unstoppable target up forward at times.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

I think Cox has that mantle pretty much sown up. But Jolly is certainly a contender for second best ruckman in the league.

Jolly was great last week as well, found space and was on his own for most of the game... if only they kicked it to him!!
This week the rest of the team has shown Jolly the respect he deserves, and it paid off!

Isnt it amazing what a huge wad of cash does for a persons confidence.

his contested marking and mobility has been a huge hallmark this season. Gets forward and kicks goals and also takes some big saving marks on the last line of defense. Rightly so, his confidence is skyhigh

I can't believe the improvement in Jolly

Does anyone else think having Spider along side of him has taught him more about ruck play. He has also put on so much more upper body strength.

Go Swannies, just scrapped in today, but while we are there, we are in with a chance.

Two or three brownlow votes today for sure or don't they give them to ruckmen.

I thougfht both he and Spida were great today. That goal from playing on and pumping it through, post high in the last qtr was just sublime. He's having an outstanding year no doubt. But let's not go overboard, our two big guys were up against possibly the weakest ruck division in the comp. They should of dominated (Which they did).

Have been on his bandwagon for a while. Good to see others getting on board. Has been outstanding for most of the year.
