So the football world's perception of the Swans has become a major influence on how the team should act???

My biggest concern was that whilst Barry Hall was being continually niggled by Wakelin (or others of his ilk for that matter) there was not 1 single Swans player coming in to bat for Hally. He simply needs someone else to come in between him and the full back just as support occassionally. I know he's a big bloke and can look after himself but that's the way we used to play and from what I know it's a team game and at times you need your teammates to stand up and support you.

Hally cannot be excused for what he did but it would help, if he is once again continually niggled, to have some sort of support, whether by a teammate or the coaching staff in perhaps making a positional move.

No doubt that returning him this week makes the whole indefinite suspension a bit of a joke. As I said at the time they should never have come out with such an announcement.

Its not a joke at all because the meaning of the word " indefinite"is.....Without limit; forever, or until further notice; not definite. .

So Barry could have be gone "forever" but he wasnt because the club has given "further notice" that he is able to return.

So he has served an indefinite suspension.

The Football Club/Coach/Players cant help the way that idiotic people out there take their comments and twist them to suit their arguements. It has been said beautifully by SWANTASTIC, he served an INDEFINATE SUSPENSION and now hes back. Whatever people want to think about it is up to them but they havent led anyone down the garden path they followed exactly what they said they would do. The srink said hes ok so hes ok. EOFS

Honestly, I think they handled the "issue" very well.
They made it "look" like Blind Barry was receiving his full duty of care, whilst still being allowed to train with the team. Can't have Bazza falling behind now!!

The day he turned up for training unexpectedly and was warmly greeted by the group was the day the penny dropped that he would be back sooner than the 'perception'.
