I have always had such a clear memory of my Dad and i standing in in the mud of the Fitzroy outer and big Butch who was unopposed, instead of marking hit the ball over his head onto the chest of one of Len Smith's mosquito fleet. The derision and contempt from Dad and his mates erupted. Dad was very much a prop and cop man and didn't have much time for the visionary Smith or his brother Norm, until he coached the red and whites. Great memories

And then he came back to the bench with a big fat lip and a wobbly head. It was I think 2006 and the offending boot belonged to Tuck.

He was also kod at an earlier date and argued with the trainers that he was alright to carry on. He wasn't of course.

Will drive the wagon for the Captain, Kell, and Stuey (my hero). And give a big honourary mention to Wade Chapman. We made the grand final because of him in 1996, he had the presence of mind to kick it to Plugger. Does anyone know what he is doing now?
