That one bugs me, surely it should be two grand dads as the hyphenated name usually is a mix of the mother's maiden name and the father's surname.

Yes they do. I was referring to the nickname "Two dads" as he has a hyphenated name which makes little sense unless of course his mum re-married and he has his father's & step father's names (which I don't believe is the case).
