A couple of shocking umpire decisions there gives Geelong a goal (although it was poor play by us beforehand).

Regardless of umpiring, Geelong is looking fantastic and we are getting smashed. Great defensive play and brilliant goal by Byrnes.

Well so far so much for the 'pick a more experienced side and place Geelong under pressure' plan. They're out-tackling us, as well as outrunning us and finding plenty of space and ball. Our movement of the ball into the forward line is poor and our forwards are pretty ineffective.

At least we finally kicked another goal but it was horrendous to watch.

That Hall/O'Keefe exchange of handballs was just laughable. At least Mattner eventually got a goal.

The forwards are ineffective because the ball isn't getting there! There's a fair bit of effort in the midfield, but they are far, far ahead in pace and skill.

In defence of the team selection, Buchanan and Crouch have been among our best.

Buchanan looks keen to cement his place back in the team - has added a fair bit of creative run so far through the middle.

Was instrumental in setting up that goal for Hall.

I don't mind being smshed by a better team (well, I do), but the umpiring has been crazy biased. Ablett's 50m for gimme goal - joke. Jude gets ridden into the ground - clear push in back - nothing doing. Plenty of other examples. It is almost like the umpires are just focusing on watching Geelong players to ensure they are not infringed, rather than watching the play in general.

BTW, we are not out of of this. I have a feeling we are going to win tonight, umpries willing.

Hall has his 2nd, 3 in a row to the Swans.
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!! :adore

BBBH kicks he second... Third in a row for Sydney....

Perhaps Hall will enjoy a bit of space without Scarlett....

Getting the ball I50 quicker is working much better as Hall should be able to smash the 16-gamer!
