What part of their 51 pt win or 6 wins in a row make North look tired?

Anyway I would rather be where the Swans are than where West Coast are even if they will get better picks, at least we don't tank.
          You tanked you're preseason games.

Anyways if you guys finish 5th you'll play Brisbane or St. Kilda who have shown nothing much this year. You'd win.

ROK, I think you need an extra slip in.

The team I would never under estimate (and everyone seems to be neglecting) is Adelaide - we havent played them in finals, yet they have the wood on us in the H & A and have done for a few years. The Crows have Saints & the Doggies in the last 2 - I feel they can win both. I cant see Nth beating Geelong, but they should beat Port - so the Crows will finish 4th, Nth 5th. As for us - we need a plan B and we need it fast.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

Every week someone says we need a plan B, I thought that was what we played on Saturday night!

I actually feel a bit more up about the season this week then last. I liked the look of us the other night and with a bit more unbiased umpiring, while we were never going to win, the final result would have been closer.

I dont think we are a patch on what we were. On Saturday Geelong could have absolutely smashed us, they slowed it down at 3/4 time and coasted home - they are a class above the rest. I dont think we have a plan b at all
because if they did, we would have won a few more games since the halfway break.

I agree Wardy. I'm surprised at a lot of the positives being taken out of the Geelong game when we were comprehensively beaten all over the park. As good as Geelong are, I'm not sure how many other top teams we would have beaten on Saturday.

The fact remains our record against top 8 sides for the past 2 seasons has been nothing short of woeful and I don't have any confidence heading into the Collingwood game or finals if we make them.

Interestingly, Paul Roos seems a lot more downbeat about our form as well.

Let's also not forget that Geelong was missing Scarlett, Milburn, Wojack and Chapman!

Jesus, imagine what the score had of been if they had the full card - sheesh makes me feel sick just thinking about it!

I think Collingwood miss Millane more than Geelong.

Egan's a handy player too. Is he due back for them this season?
