Like Collingwood and Carlton, it's Sydney's lot in life to be associated with any possible trade deal. Nevertheless, I'm sure they'll be keen to be a part of any deal, just don't see these three as the likely options.
Swans are interested in White, Kerr and Didak!

Didak would be interesting, though risky. Having said that Lockett & Hall's records speak for themselves. We need a top quality ruckman to share the load with Jolly but dunno White is the answer. Having said that they have worked together before which could be a bonus, but it depends on how far "past it" White is. Cousins has been mentioned in some places but that would be a total disaster.
In the end I don't think Kerr or Didak are the kinds of players that we need as Rooseys sucess in trade week tend to come from players either on the fringe or out of the spotlight. Richards, Davis, Jolly, Mattner, Playfair (he'll be better again when he is fit next season) etc are testiment to that. So I'd rather we go with what works, as those players tend to fit better into our style and team ethics than a so called proven star as Kerr etc might.Comment

Kerr wants to go to Carlton. We should trade our first round pick to Carlton for one of their young gun midfielders. They can then give that to wet toast.
Seems logical but I'n not sure which player though. In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.Comment

Kerr is a definite goer... And considering that WCE are in the market for fwds, the Nick Davis trade makes sense. Whilst he's not rated by those that make the selections at this club, he is by plenty of others. Excepting Didak, he's the best fwd on the market in this trade period and I wouldn't be surprised if WCE bite. Our first rounder and and Davis wouldn't be a bad result for them. They are unlikely to get much more else for Kerr.Comment

As for the subject at hand and I've said this before. I would rather win a premiership with 22 dickheads than run last with 22 Angels...And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

What a ridiculous comment. It's fine to disagree with any decisions that the Swans make and then make that known but to have a hissy fit and state that you will withdraw your support is a little inane.

I'd rather a club full of outstanding individuals then a bunch of absolute tossers.
And no it is not inane to say I will withdraw my support......I have been supporting the Swans since I was four.....and I have never ever thought about doing it....however get Kerr and Didak and I would. They are two prime morons & quite frankly we are better than that.Comment

Would you not be better of supporting the Eagles then?

You have supported the SWans since you were 4 so you are far from being a fair weathered supporter so I just do not understand your attitude that you would walk away because they may recruit 2 players you perceive to be not worthy of our club. It doesn't make any sense to me...And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. This is just dumb. Paul Roos is really setting us up for a heavy fall.
We need to draft well and develop the youngsters. Recruting morons like Kerr and Didak isn't going to do anything.
We shouldn't even be thinking about recruiting White. He's finished. Have we not learnt from Everitt?
White couldn't even force his way into the Melbourne side, so how is he going to "bridge the gap between us an the top sides"?
Absolute wank.
And even if we were to get Didak or Kerr, we would certainly have to give up our first round draft pick. We can't afford to do that.Comment

It's just a wanky beat up story by some journo justifying his/her income.
In reality we will probably draft someone left of field that no one was expecting. Like we did last year with Mattner and Playfair. In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.Comment
