Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

Nowhere near his best this year, particularly dissapointed with his goalkicking. 6/10.

One of his best seasons, spending more time up the ground.
Goal Kicking? He kicked them when no one else could in the EF!!

I reckon it was the best season of his career.

          9/10....

He tapered off a little towards the end and his kicking at goal was very ordinary at times. Sydney's 2nd best player behind McVeigh.

Good point SR100 but what is his rightful position?

He won the game against Carlton with a superb second half but I was surprised he made the 40 in the team of the year.

He is almost getting the best opposition tagger each week because clubs know, let him off the leash and you are in trouble.

9/10 for me. I thought his year was outstanding and his performances when clearly not 100% fit in the latter part of the season show what a gutsy bloke he is.
Fave moment - getting poleaxed in the STK game, clutching a shoulder and then bouncing up moments later to pounce on the loose ball to kick a big one! LOVED IT! I thought he was gone for the game, maybe the season and my heart sank.

In some of the big matches (Geelong, Collingwood come to mind) he was fractionally better than diabolical. Ordinary in the last 8 weeks of the season. Awesome against North but then ordinary (again) v the Dogs.

I love Rhino but please - let's keep things in perspective people!

The last 8 weeks, you can't be serious!

Our best player (or very close to it) against Carlton, Adelaide and North.

Among our best against the Bulldogs (in Canberra) and I thought he was one of the few who contributed anything against Collingwood.

Quiet against Fremantle, the Bulldogs (SF) and Geelong.

All of that after an outstanding 15 weeks. You're a very hard marker Blood.

Don't forget he was very sick with viral meningitis in the latter part of the season. And most players were fractionally better than diabolical in the Collingwood game.

I rekon it was a could of, should of ,sort of year with Rhino.
Played some rippers along with some shockers.

Does he really want to be with the Swans as well ????
Essendon will start to circle shortly, with Lovett in hand .

I hope he stays and does a Luke Power and stick fat and be part of the younger brigade that hopefully comes through.Place him high in the leadership group give him responsibility. At the same time though at 28 and with the new clubs coming in he is one of the few we have that we can secure a long term deal with so it cannot be thrown out the window, though would hard to watch him running around with someone else.

Agreed - and he's had some pretty good seasons over the past 5 or so years.

Agreed again. Perfect summation. Other than Ablett and Franklin, pretty much no-one dominates every single week. I reckon the AA captain, Judd, had about as many low-influence games this year as ROK.

Very good in some parts, not so in other parts of the season but he still had a very good year imo. I dont think he wants to go anywhere, but he is probably close to our only really tradable asset we have, so if the right offer came us from a Melbourne club he might be sacrificed. Would be far from happy to see it happen mind you!
