    Somehow I don't think so. The bottom line is that he and his wife had an investment company and many friends and colleagues trusted them as a business to invest large amounts of money for them.

    The charge is fraud because he has allegedly taken that money and gambled it away. Its a huge deal. Huge. The losses involved are big, really big, not only financially but personally. If found guilty its not a case of "fess up and do your penance". The charge is a full on crime.

    What a bloody mess. Watching the disintegration of an "institution" is so disheartening.

      I don't think so....I won't list all of the things and qualities that he exhibited for many years that I would NEVER entertain.

      I'm no-where perfect, not by a long shot but there is no way I would do what he did to his family..even before I knew about this stuff.
