    We now have 36 on the senior list plus 2 veterans. It seems inconceivable that the AFL would not let us nominate 2 rookies in the event that 2 players have retired AFTER the draft....not that it really matters as only Pyke and Murphy would be pushing for a game...oo...and Thornton

    This would be in addition to the rookie rule which allows one rookie to be played after round eleven regardless of space in the 40.

      Sharp9 - for the benefit of an old veteran (war type) can you please tell me wher I can find the "Rules of the Drsaft and Player Lists". Inotice some switched on young folk (like you) quote these Rules so I guess you have found them.

      I've tried searhing the AFL website but honestly it's a shambles with no logic IMO. Thanks for your response in anticipation
