Yes they can...hence the talk about Beams.

He won't leave. He is currently at a great club, rucking next to the best ruckman in the comp. Why would he make a move to the Gold Coast if it could potentially damage his career. Gold Coast will go for more established players.

White woud be the perfect type for them to pick up.
          At the ond of 2010
he could have aound 50 games under his belt (if he doesnt get injured)
can play as a second ruckman a full forward or a defender
          Will be 22
That is exactly the kind of player they will target

It scares me how perfect White is for the GC. His age, potential, birth place, size etc. It just all fits, secure him asap Sydney!

                We've got the Coxless pair.

Did she say rucking or rowing?

Too late! He knows he's good enough now. He'll do what he wants to do. I wouldn't blame him...

Its set in concrete alright. The NSW government which couldn't organise a (you know the rest) has pulled out of the "deal"to build the ground. They are in conrete - they are rooted to the spot. Vlad does have "Leaping Leo" Kelly the mayor of Blacktown on side. Not since the glory days of Zig and Zag has there been such an appropriate pairing

Firstly - Zig & Zag - Jesus how old are you??? ANZ stadium couldnt possibly keep up the charade that is NRL Souths & Canterbury Bulldogs home games out there - with the GFC that deal will have to go by the wayside sooner rather than later because their crowd figures are rubbish. The goal posts have now moved and any incentive payments to those NRL clubs should be scrapped as it just isnt viable anymore for the Stadium. That is why I was surprised to hear that the AFL were wanting the government to put money into doing up the showground - all of 200 metres away from ANZ - doesnt make any sense at all. Oh well - maybe the penny will drop with Vlad & the merry men eventually and they realise that another team just wont cut it up here.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

As my OLD friend Connolly mentioned, the NSW government has pulled out of the deal (sorry, we've got no money). There was a letter to the editor in Sunday's paper saying that the people of the west don't want it. I can just hear the first creaks of the No Blacktown Bogans bandwagon. Theo Dimwit will be announcing very shortly that a team will be going somewhere else and not Sydney. You'll have to listen very carefully, he'll be mumbling through the foot in his mouth.

                        Mark my words!!

Dicky doesn't think it'll happen in his lifetime either (although, like Connolly, he is a LOT older than me so his timeframe is somewhat shorter than mine):

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
