Sheesh the axe is sharp, it can make fine precision cuts.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Hawthorn have included 3 ruckmen Campbell Taylor and Renouf which almost certainly means they're goign to ask Campbell to play on Hall.

I think even in rugby league you would argue he was supercoach in his day but others in the modern game have caught up and gone past him. Don't forget Gibson was in charge during the 1975 GF when St George got flogged and that flogging margin stood until last year. Bennett is the modern day supercoach.
In AFL, I would compare Kennedy to Gibson in terms of their time in charge. Sheedy and Mathews have earned their own respective tags of supercoach.
I've had a serious post!!
In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.

Jack was a legend but not half the coach Bennet is. He was a man of his time, and the original "Supercoach".
Just watched a replay of the round 2 game. Hawks had alot of injuries during the game...and no ruckman.
Swans by 40+.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.
Malceski must be hanging on by an optical fibre. Will want to put in a big one.
I wonder if, similar to premiership points, there are "we encouraged you down a path that in hinsight may not have been the best and we feel a tad guilty" points?
