And while on past players, Heath James. I was on crutches when I met him (after a Swans losing game and after he did his hammy again) and he spent 5 minutes chatting to me making me feel better about my broken leg.

Matty Nicks is great as was Tadhg Kennelly.

As regards nice guys, by far and away the nicest player to ever have played at our club was Adam Heuskes.

HalfCat I reckon in some way caused Russell's death. He grabbed Russell's Swans on a stick & started running away with it. Then Russell ran onto the Kardinia Park field trying to get it back rather stressed & on the verge of passing out with worry & over-exertion.

Russell died later that night. I still reckon Heart Cat is partly to blame for sending poor Russell into a panic attack.

Has this been investigated?

Yup, we became Nick Davis fans after watching him on a couple of different occasions talking to fans (mainly kids), and spending quality time with them, eg having a kick around with them one year at Newcastle after a preseason game. He wasn't Mr Popular (eg Barry Hall, who escaped the back way and disappointed heaps of kids), but he was sweet and genuine and kind.

I can second that and Primmy if you speak to most Pies fans they will also reiterate that he was one of their most approachable players. Always had time for autographs or to have a chat/kick.
Davo is a very easy going and likable character.

Totally agree with Mark Bayes. Also Jamie Lawson was a humble gentleman too...such a sad loss to footy at such a young age.

Absolutely. His career should have been huge. Imagine how great he would have been had he been there for the 96-2000 era Swans? Remarkable player. A very sad end indeed. We will never forget the thrilling exploits of the diminutive #1.
