    Love the bloke but can't see him staying. I think he's over it and sadly the feeling is mutual. It's not a case of throwing money at him or giving him a promotion. What needs to change to make Baz a happy player? I can't work it out.
    Do we want him to be happy? He plays on a mixture of psychological rocket fuel - testerone, anger and determination. He can't be changed only managed. The difference is in the way that Roos & Co are managing him and the situation. If there is anyone who looks like they would rather be somewhere else and @@@@@@ off its the coach. His approach of attacking the player publicly before he has spoken with him is a sure sign of coaching fatigue. One contract too far Roosey? Pretty soon his press conferences will be in the Giovanni Trapattoni mould when he coached Salzburg.
