And no doubt this absurd calculation will be done for all the players? Presumably you would only be happy when the opposition kicks a zero score and we never miss. Disney On Ice stuff.

Last season his average was above most. Wait till the season finishes. What a strange supporter you are pal. Your stance as you put it consists entirely of sniping and rubbishing a young player who gives it his all. Big.

I don't think there's much difference between the threads.

I still think Bevan is a very average player who will never have a 3 vote Brownlow game, but who will have many shockers. His downside is greater than his upside.

I think in the end he'll go the way Ablett has.

Just from browsing a few pages in the old thread, it seems he's getting much less support in this one. Don't have the official stats, though.

I can barely understand that, but if it still applies then there's nothing wrong with bringing up again. I'm just glad the drop Bevan bandwagon is feeling a little heavier today.

P.S. Please don't mention Bevan with Hall again.

Okay he makes mistakes (as do the rest of the team) but hes a tough player and I certainly want him to stay a Swans player.
Yes, two years ago posters we're saying negative things about McVeigh. At that time he was 22 and playing as a tagger - Most we're suggesting an attacking role would improve McVeigh's game's, as that plays to his strengths, and when he was 'let off the leash' last year, so to speak, those we're proved to be good calls. He was never a tagger.

Bevan however has been making the same mistakes year after year and has shown little improvement in other parts of his game to make up for the mistakes he makes. He is 25 now, not a "kid" Connolly,

i think bevan is an average player but he does his job. I probably like him forward though, i think his pressure is good, just a bit careless sometimes which is more costly in defence, eg stupid high arm yesterday.

As opposed to your stance on Crouch, which has been harsher than anything most people have had to say about Bevan? You are one of the last people to be in a position to complain about sniping.

Most players give their all. Some have more to give than others. If a player has had plenty of opportunites and just isn't cutting it, then it's time to give others a go.

The truth must be that the angry mob is using Bevo as bait to lure Connolly from his lair.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves for using one of the Swans biggest hearts to carry out your desire to take on the wit of his most loyal supporter.

At 24 Bevo has plenty ahead of him and will become a leader as the old brigade vanish.

One things for sure is that he will be picked next week and the weeks after. What is it about some Bloods supporters that they turn on the players who give the most. Bevo, Hall???? What a strange mob we have become.
Exactly how many goals did Jones kick after Q2, Connolly?

Might want to quote something if you're going to make such broad statements.

When you have to quote yourself to make your point you know you're in trouble. The first sentence is nonsense - literally making no sense.
