Yep, that's my boy even if Liz thinks he kicked 11 (I am sticking at 12, Stage Mums do that)

Thanks for that. I thought it was someone else.

I've just looked up what Coney's number actually is and it's 45. Young Nipper Gordon has been wearing that number this year, I believe. He's an over-aged scholarship player who is a chance of winning a spot on next year's list.

48 was Lewis? He was the top-up who most caught my eye on Saturday but I had in mind that Lewis was a small young fella, while the 48 I was quite impressed with was a decent height. He presented well across half-forward.

Last Saturday was sadly my first chance to get to see just over half of the ressies this year. I know Liz you are a far better judge of these younger players as you get to see them play regularly (at least significantly more regularly than me) and monitor their development.

The three players that stood out for me (apart from White) last Saturday were Orreal (he is so tall and played well), Murphy and Hannenbury.

I note what you said about Bucky on the other thread but I couldn't help thinking that both he amd Moore were on the endangered list. Just a feeling not based on their performance during the game.

I hope you're right and I'm wrong becuase I've followed Bucky since his Falcon days.

Lewis was from my son's Club the Gosford Tigers. He isn't overly tall but I didn't have my binoculars on Sat so I didn't look for him specifically.

I'm pretty certain that it was Lewis. I'm not sure how tall he is, but he is very gangly. The attribute that caught my eye about Lewis is his speed, he's as quick as any of the Swans, senior or reserves.

Edit: 178cm when he signed the scholarship 2 years ago and you would imagine he has grown since then
