Not sure you could have 4 voluntary changes in a week, seems alot and has the ability to do more bad than good.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.

Nice picture there of Laidlaw. If only his body can stay in one piece - he looks to have a great build for footy, is quick and can take an exceptional overhead mark.

Also good to read that DOK's ankle injury isn't too bad. He's another who badly needs a change in luck, injury wise.

Norman??? Presume you're referring to (Nathan) Gordon?

Gilly isn't a scholarship player - he's on the rookie list.

I admit to being a bit torn about the 'Leo might go on' idea. The head says that 2009 was that one year too many, and 2010 would just be throwing good list space after bad.

But the heart says that if Playfair gets the arse at the end of the year and we don't get manage to recruit some established big-name forward, why not have a guy with a strong body, a tops mark and a pretty good kick, who knows the Swans' game inside-out, hanging around the forward line to help out the young'uns?

Come 2010, it's scarcely like our list is going to skew too old.

I reckon he should show Queanbeyan a bit more respect than to play in a cap, though.

Not sure if 'Norman' works as a nickname for the young sprout from the Baulkham Hills AFC - I'm thinking the one he has at the mo works AOK = "NIPPER".
Need clarification on the 'May' teaser, as there are 2 on the Swans scholarship books. Mitchell: Cats U16s & RAMS U16, as well as (I'm having an educated guess here) big bro Matthew: Cats U18s. They come from Tathra on the Sth Coast. I think Matt played v Queanbeyan and snagged a goal, while the younger one ran H2o. Tathra is getting a rep as a choice AFL nursery as I think Collingwood also grabbed a scholarship from there, Tyson Carracher.
Of the current young new crop of apprenti Jackson Potter will give it a serious shake and I'll put my house on a 15yr old from Westbrook - Stephen Wray. Pencil that in. I really hope guys like Bottin-noonan, Gordon & May continue to grow & improve - they play a big role in our future success!!

Liz don't mess with a perfectly good post by producing factual knowledge. I knew what I meant. It just came out wrong. Again. Of course you are right an of course I must I must I must not post while tired and fragile. My oven blew up and its going to cost me $2,200 to replace it....

I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

She bought an oven that cost too much in the first place!

I watched Masterchef and made my own stock, forgot how tired I was, fell asleep, stock boiled over, again and again, down into the 14 yo workings and poof!! That woke me up. The kitchen (pre me) was made to design so to rework it to take a cheaper oven (and stove top I might add) installed wasn't worth the candle. The stove top and oven were on special. Frighteningly although is quite good quality, it is nowhere near the most expensive!!! My nerves were shattered, and so is my bank account. Now where was I.

We have some likely lads on the boil, so I am looking forward to the future.
