I believe Paul Roos is a smart coach. But what is his next move.
Sure we had talented players in 2005, but we certainly didn't have the most talented list.
Roos has always tailored his gameplan around the cattle available, playing to our core strengths. (which is how is should be).
He has attempted to tweak things over the course of this season, but with minimal success.
Now with wholesale generational changes to our side, our gameplan needs to be suited to the strengths of the 'new' team, not the team of old.
My question to all you RWO people is....
If you were in Paul Roos shoes, what would your gameplan be?
I don't buy into the whole copying what is the current trendy blueprint of success. What do you see as our strengths going forward, and how can we best exploit them.
You can be as detailed as you like.....
