        With Melbourne tanking against us what is the point of not playing deserving youngsters? Why keep selecting Ablett over Thornton? Why isn't Schmidt given a go,he was ok in the past. The selectors have been unimaginative apart from Hannebury and Pyke.

                Thornton has been given game time, Schmidt on the other hand has had persistent injuries from pre-season onwards which has meant non-selection.
