The latest rumour is the Woszinski may be part of the Mumford deal. That either means pick 28 (surely not 14!) or a Swans player going in the other direction. The Swans player would have to play for peanuts to fit under their cap.
Perhaps a later draft choice + Playfair would suffice.

Playfair will be joining Nathan Brown and Russell Robertson in the pre season draft.

Surely not 28 Geelong have to unload wojak who is 29 in order to give them some salary cap space so he doesnt add greatly to the value of the deal and Mumford isnt worth 28 he is a rookie with 20 games. 38 i think would be a fair deal maybe throw in 54. That would be 38 for the mummy and 54 for wojak.
I really don't think we need Mcglynn if it's going to cost us a package deal with Kennedy for Pick 14. It's obvious that is what Pelchin will be after.
Also if we traded 28 for Mumford which i hope we don't (pick 38 will do considering he's out of contract), it would severly hamper our chances to get Kennedy.
I'd give up pick 14 & 48 for both McGlynn & Kennedy. 38 looks to be the deal for Mumford leaving us with pick 6, 28, Seaby, Mumford, McGlynn, Kennedy.

Agreed, although I think Geelong will push for a straight up pick 28

14 should be off limits now unless someone of real quality becomes available. Kennedy and McGlynn do not fit into that category.

Why couldn't we have pushed for Collingwood's pick 30? It should have been Jolly and pick 38 to Collingwood, pick 14 and 30 to Sydney.
Anyone suggesting we trade pick 14 in a deal to get Kennedy or McGlynn is crazy. Pick 39 for Kennedy and pick 28 (If we have to) for Mumford should be what we're aiming for.
