No, actually played very well in the WAFL according to reports...but wasn't picked for the Eagles because The Chemist knew he was not part of the next premiership having declared that he wanted out...hence fast tracking Naitanui.

Now I dont know much about Kennedy, although I here the boy can play, but McGlynn had a cracker of a season this year. The only problem is that it is Hawthorn we have to deal with, and we all know what stingy bastard they are at the trade table.
McGlynn would really suit our style. I think he'd do well with us.

Not that I watch much of Hawthorn, but the games I did see, he looked quick and disposal was OK.

Certianly alot quicker than Kirk, Bolton and Bird, so if we can get him cheaply, would fit in well.

I would have thought he's a bit of a cross between Jack and Buchanan.

Not sure he'd be "cheap" as such - he did play a lot of senior footy for the Hawks this year. But if the Hawks need to release some salary cap pressure to accommodate Burgoyne he might be deemed to be expendable.

I would like Josh Kennedy. He has room for improvement but having watched him (I have no idea why he held my interest) I am not adverse to having our mob tweak his attributes.

yeh sorry Captain, from what I saw, McGlynn can certainly play. I know he is a shorty, but the boy has got some ability.

Kennedy would be fine with me if we don't have to give up too much. McGlynn's only asset is that he is a free kick magnet.

WHO THE @@@@@@@ said McGlyn cant play. He is a gun. Even this year he was good. Last year he was brilliant. Im sorry but everyone cannot expect the best players to just come to Sydney.
