I mean, Roos may opt to keep them off, but that wouldn't make much sense to me, as we'd be trading two list places and extra salary cap room (only half of the vet listed players' salary is counted in the salary cap) for two rookie places.
From the article around Goodes' 250th match it definitely looks like he'll be one of two upped to the veterans list (which makes sense since he'd be on the highest salary).

Thanks for posting those excellent images Primmy, it was an unforgettable night. That just sums it all up.
The game cannot always be won........ only played and enjoyed.
In some of the images Leo looks more devastated than the other two to have played his last.
There is a remarkable bond in this group. They made us feel part of it Sat night, big time.
Thanks to all the Swans and the support staff.
      Have a well earned holiday.

Not sure that salary cap constraints are going to be an issue for 2010. Not unless there is some "big name" available to lure (who can be obtained via the PSD).

But two senior list spots would be more valuable than two rookie list spots, so its likely we'll see them put there anyway, you'd think.
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!
