Brownlow Night - Frocks & Voting

Just from the glimpse of the frocks on show they put the Emmies ladies to shame. Our WAGS are mostly just lovely, and have done themselves proud.

Except one. Holy Moley - just go and have a look. There is one that has to be seen to be believed. I cannot say any more. I could be brought up before the judge; but honest to goodness, she must be kidding. Her partner looks stunned; well he is 40 years her senior.

2009 Brownlow Medal

There's a photo in there of a clutch of Swans (it's the 24th from the end... the photos are being loaded from the front). No WAGS to be seen - maybe Goodesy's mum was busy tonight? There's someone next to Brett Kirk identified as "unidentified". I'm mystified myself. Maybe it's Meredith? One of Roosy's sons? Any suggestions?

Hamish McIntosh's missus gets my vote for WAG medal.

I have a theory (expressed on another, anonymous forum ) that it's Sean Beath, who is apparently Brett Kirk's nephew (according to Kirk's Wikipedia article, but it's not cited).

The way Goodes is going he may not poll any votes until Round 8 (Weagles match). Fox Sports believes that he'll only poll 12 votes, so it'll be interesting to see how he lines up against that figure. I reckon they totally underestimated Del Santo's amount, he's my dark horse to win, if Ablett doesn't.
