You would think that once he has made a decision it would be announced. That way the parties involved would not have to deal with the media constantly asking the question all the way up to the PSD.

Bradshaw is doing a better 24 hr countdown than Jack Bower.

I wouldn't understand why a player would want to go to a fishbowl like Carlton, after playing most of his life in anonymous Brisbane.

Sydney would be a better option.

The longer it gets the more likely he aint coming i rekon, if there is this 24 hour thing anyway. I have read elsewhere that Carlton doesnt expect him to make a decision for weeks, who knows who to believe

Cause he may want to come to melbourne where all the alf hype etc is and experience that and regularly play in front of huge crowds at the G blah blah blah, heard this all before!

It was the media that decided he was going to let Sydney know within 24 hours. It is a pretty important decision for him and don't see why he is obliged to work to the time agenda of either the media or impatient fans.

And for all we know, he may have already informed the club of his decision.

I think many posters here rightly believe that this is possibly the most exciting recruit of all! This guy could well be the missing link and x factor forward to take us into the Finals next year and give us another crack at the big one in 2011 when the youngster have more games in their legs. I rate geeting Bradshaw extremely highly..its an absolute coup if we can pull it off!

With the news of Harley's retirement taking up the afl media's attention today, Daniel and the Club (whichever one he picks) may be showing respect to Tom by delaying the announcement to avoid taking attention away from a worthy recipient of retirement glory. Just a thought.
