        My wishes for next season:
Goodesy to kick 10 more than Hall
Bradshaw to kick 10 more than Brown
Big Jesse to kick 10 more than Fevola
McVeigh to get top 3 in Brownlow voting
Mumford and Seaby making us all say Darren who?
Vespa to kick a couple of goals a game and celebrate like he has just won the game off his own boot.
Grundy to become just as soild as B2 and LRT
Meredith to play from rnd 1 to the semi final.
Richards to bounce back from his horrendous injury, continue his fearless style and play every game off the bench.
Irish to keep his arm in his shoulder socket.

        and of course the obligatory
        beat Adelaide
        beat the Pies
        beat the Dogs
        beat the Saints straight up.

I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I'm looking forward to the season starting and I hope to see our younger players have positive impact. No "whipping boys" this year.To beat Collingwood by a point in the Granny will be awesome.

Would be awesome but a 100 point belting would be better.

My Xmas/NY wish is that a 747 laden with the ebola virus crashes somewhere near Victoria Park and takes out all Collingwood supporters. Not only will it be good for the AFL but it will be good for society in general. Imagine that - a world without Collingwood supporters.... mmmm...

Your too kind! The suffering would only be 3 days! Why not send Collingwood to Sydney as the second AFL team leaving their supporters distraught for ever and Victoria Park empty.Sydneys western suburbs would be ideal for Collingwood as a recruiting ground too.

I'm still laughing - Collingwood relocate to Western Sydney - a perfect scenario in all respects. How did Demetriou fail to see that as an all round winner????
