Teams v St Kilda

There's a fair bit of run in the starting line-up, which perhaps signals the intended gameplan.
I think it's once of the best benches we've ever seen. We've got a spare KPP, spare HF/HB utility, spare mid and spare ruck. Apart from the highly-rated Mumford, all are experienced and proven campaigners. To all those people who waited 72 years to see a South Melbourne/Sydney Swans premiership HERE IT IS!!Comment

a Form team
I sympathise with the selectors. Many of us tried to pick a team and realised their problem so it then becomes a case of picking the guys in red hot form and the best match ups. Moore and Mc Glynn both deserve their spots on form although I have misgivings about their finishing polish. That could cost us if they give St.Kilda turnovers through poor delivery or they spray gettable shots only to see Milne kick an impossible goal. However they could prove themselves also and Moore could and probably should try to kick a bag. It's his time. I would have had Smith in the team,Teddy out reluctantly and Bevan instead of Moore but I also am happy to give Moore another shot because he has done nothing wrong in pre-season and deserves a spot. We all knew it was going to be like this and some guys have got to be very unlucky not to be playing!Comment

I'm pretty excited. The team looks unstoppable on paper, eh??
One more sleepy.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment

Is the plan going to be CBolton on Milne and if they play 3 talls Ted comes on?
If so it's like swatting a fly with a sledgehammer. The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.Comment

I'm not what I meant....it was so long ago now. Must changed my point mid-post and forgot to re-edit. Glad to see someone is paying attention tho.
Forgot about them - hardness will not be the problem.Comment

Now the real stuff begins there will be some sore and exhausted players by 3/4 time. We have a huge advantage over St.Kilda here because of our superb pre-season,the best we ever Had!!The last quarter our fitness should shine through and we should outrun them. Would have loved to see Barlow take them on in the last quarter and run run run. At least we have Jetta and the running back lines who will run their opponents ragged in the last quarter. We will win on fitness, the Saints will hold on with guts but it won't be enough unless we keep missing up front ot Ted has a brain fade in front of goal.We can't blame Bevan anymore!Comment

How embarrassing! I swear to god my new MAC is very slow to register my key strokes. I am a pretty quick typist and it often gets in a pickle trying to keep up.
Maybe I was trying to carry on the "I'm not..."
But you knew what I meant right? Or maybe not. The entire sentence is a shocker.
Scott - help - grammar check option available??? Or do I have to retire Lucky Knickers and join under new name and maybe go have a CT scan to see if my brain is still there? I blame the excitement.
