That was the word, but his injury problems would have knocked him down. Our first rounder, assuming we don't drop drastically down the ladder, would still be a bargain though.
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

That's where we have got a huge stroke of luck with Mitchell being a f/s this year, with all the draft concessions to GWS our first pick is way down the list. If this was all happening next year, we may have needed to use a much lower pick.
Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09

According to the U18 championship record, he is 181 cm and 79kg. Only 1 cm shorter than Gaff and an avearge size for a midfielder.

Yes, but so was Tom Swift, before spending most of the next two years injured.

Story going round on Fox Sports News about him at the moment.

Basically says he is over the injury and looking to play in WA's final games in the Championships.
Looking forward to getting to the Swans and people at the club played a big role in him choosing the Swans.

Thx LK, just caught the end of that story so this stops me having to wait thru another cycle of FSN! He has a funny kicking style doesn't he? looks like a right footer kicking left-footed. Anyone know what his foot skills are like?

I'm pretty positive that's the case, we were involved in a bidding war with GWS for him and I'm pretty positive the result of that was the extension of his first contract from three years to five years.
