Calling Stella . . . Tricky Nicky is back, and so are the guns
Reading between the lines it appears Nick has accepted that he can take a fair bit of responsibility for how things panned out in those final stages at the Swans. Hard to believe Sunny hasn't been around since 2003, seems like only a few years.
Driver of the Dan Hannebery bandwagon....all aboard. 4th April 09
He was always very popular with the kids, and from all accounts is actually an excellent skills coach too- we put a heap of our juniors through his dad's kicking school and it did wonders for them.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time
Thanks for the info on Nick Davis. To see him coaching at Academy is fantastic and good on Ireland for bringing him back. Also to be playing with former team mates. Just what was needed. I have always felt he was cheated by being forced to leave.
Obviously many differing opinions. Thanks again for the information - much appreciated.
What a hoot. This shall season 2010 with a dusting of whoodathortit. And great to see Fossy in the saddle. Do we sense a coach in waiting? I thought my bestboy Schmitty went back to Adelaide to be a real estate thingy! Oh this is going to be fun. Who is going to volunteer to post game place/times?

''I'm not sure 'Fozzy' knows what he's getting himself into,'' Davis said yesterday. ''I told him to speak to Roosy [Paul Roos] and he'll find out I'm not the easiest person to coach"
The Dockers' next home game is at Drummoyne Oval next Saturday 10 April at 2pm, for those keen to see Davo eight kilos above his racing weight!

Read the article. Even Nick Davis disagrees with you.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC
I reckon it's fantastic that the ex-Swans are running around in the AFL Sydney competition, giving something back to the game. And even better that a major newspaper has seen fit to give the competition some coverage (hope it continues, but it probably won't).
As far as I'm aware, Luffy will run around with the UNSWES Bulldogs again this season.
"It's up to the rest of the players in the room to make a new batch of premiership players next year," Adam Goodes, triple Bob Skilton Medallist, October 7, 2011.
Damn alot of the games clash with the Swans or Ressies...
I actually considered heading out to drummoyne before the game on saturday to see Davo tearing it up in the SFL, but if the weather's good I'll probably be playing soccer (I know, not a real fan )

Doesn't that man know when to quit? I thought I had seen his last game at Blacktown last year!
