We also have to keep in mind that this is a discipline thing - making sure he doesn't dish the dirt too close to the bone....setup will be sorted, and you will be punished......except it was a great punishment, wish I had been there to witness all the east sydney ladies with their loaded prams being approached by TedBear offering an autograph.....brilliant.

I thought he was doing "live long and prosper" with a damaged digit. He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)Comment

I was at the markets & saw Ted approaching the stall-holders with leaflets....I thought he was doing some sort of promotion or selling raffle tickets! He didn't approach any ladies with prams & no-one really took much notice of him. He was very dignified, if only I'd realised what was going on, I would've asked for his autograph.Comment

It makes a bit more sense when placed alongside the Mc Veigh speech - they are committed to be Swans standard for 24 7.
What a speech - well worth listening toComment

Congratulations to Ted. There may be argument about whether he would be in our best 22, but I, for one, am very glad he is with us now in these last couple of injury-afflicted seasons. He has become a pretty handy footballer, and I hope Real Commando's dumbbells have given him the edge he wants for this season. He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. I've only seen some of Sunday's game but from what I've seen Ted is definitely in our best 22 at present. We'd be in a lot of trouble without Reg and Ted.Comment

Hear hear Satch.
They are both very nice people.Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment
