Unskilled stadium is a long ground. Do they keep the same structure and bring in Pyke or change the structure with White to ruck and a running McGlynn to come in.
If Hana doesn't come up then they would bring both Pyke and McGlynn in.In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.Comment

For the good teams I think we really need the job that White is doing as a foil for Braddy and Goodes. The three way match up seems to have most teams beaten - especially with some clever crumbing (come back Ben). While White may not have kicked many goals he's doing an amazing job of leaving Braddy alone in the goal square to battle just his own opponent.Comment

It would seem strange to me if White was moved permanently to the ruck. He's trained all pre season as a forward and while he's not kicking goals, the forward line as a group is functioning well. Why mess with a winning formula?
When to the MRP decisions come in? There could be a few more outs yet."As everyone knows our style of football is defensive and unattractive, and as such I have completely forgotten how to mark or kick over the years" - Brett Kirk

It's one of the longest grounds in the AFL, therefore we really need to have White play forward as a link man to Bradshaw and have Goodes push up higher.
Therefore, they will replace like for like and bring in another ruckman.
Interesting to see if Rohan get's a game as well, would be a good match up as a running defender for Stevie Johnston to make him accountable.

I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline

Two weeks ago I was feeling a little smug about how well we were going injury wise, at least relative to some other teams. But long term injuries to Bolts and now Seabs have put pay to that.
Bright side is that Currie should get a chance to show if he might have the makings of a senior ruckman. They were pumping him up over pre-season but it looked like he might not get a chance. Pyke might get the initial nod, especially this week, but surely they will give Currie a taste of it sometime in a three month window?
Certainly hope so Liz. Maybe not this coming wekend but perhaps Saturday week against the Bulldogs.Comment
