With such competition for places, his name must come up when talking of the return of Bradshaw.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.

      Shouldn't matter IMO.

White was fine. He looked very good early, and was strong and presented well throughout the game. Port always having one or two players back didn't help his cause, but many times he brought it to ground when it could have been an easy Port mark and rebound. His intensity was there all night, it wasn't that way all the time at the start of the year. He did a job. Ideally we'd want him bagging a couple of goals on top of it, and he could easily have had two or three, but it wasn't to be. He still created plenty of opportunities.

Also, Vespa was solid, looked a touch off the pace but showed his class and had some good touches, just like Bird last week. Speaking of Bird, he was great, really starting to get into it. God he moves well. I can't wait for Roos and co to play him properly on the ball, he was just hanging around half forward but still found the ball and used it well. He's a gun in the stoppages, so the sooner he finds a spot there, the better IMO.

And how good was it to see Goodes plucking some marks and kicking straight? Shows just how good he can be at CHF.

Just by playing as a key forward his name would have to come up.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I thought we totally outclassed them in the good quarters (2, 4) and flattered them in the poor ones (1, 3). Bit ugly early on, but got it together in the end for a good win.
Mal was terrific, Goodes back in form, good to see Veszpremi and McGlynn back in action, Bird was good too. Really liking Mumford these past few weeks. Hannebery's shoulder is getting to be of some concern, hopefully the 2 week break is long enough to fix him up. Kennelly doesn't look fully mobile yet.

Worst. TV commentary. Ever. Absolutely clueless.

              My 10 cents worth:

Great to have McGlynn back in the side - some nice work from him
Mummy was awesome and will push for All Australian in the next year or so if he keeps this up
              Kennedy showed some real class
Malceski back to close to his best - hope he can keep it going. Good to see ROK and Goodsey firing too.
LRT has done really well in the last few weeks
Hanners will be a star if his shoulder holds up
Jesse tried hard and played a role. Still a way to go on the learning curve.
              Commentators basically woeful
              A very good win overall.

if i ever have trouble sleeping ill be sure to ring jackovich campbell and pickering to come talk to me.

Impressed with the win, should of won by more, but it looked bad early but we looked a class above. Probably didnt get the full reward on the scoreboard, but we rarely do.

I was happy with mcglynn and vespa first games back, kennelly came back ok but i think he should of waited until after the break to come back.

I thought okeefe and goodes were good tonight and back to form, jude continued on from last week as did mumford.

Malceski was everywhere and i was happy the young brigade all popping up in patches.

I think bird makes the midfield work a lot better.

My last observation is one i dont like to admit, but kirky looks poor in the centre bounces, i think we look better when he is elsewhere

A good even performance. Nice to see Pykey taking a few grabs and actually kicking the ball ( he's by no means a poor kick of the footy) . Rohan didn't have the best game but his attack on the footy was still awesome. McGlynn back is a real bonus.

he kept hitting the target..4 kicks and i think all were marked expect the one to hannenberry and that hit him.

And would the conversation go a little bit like.....White out. Bradshaw in?

Yep. The big challenge for the coaching staff is to come up with a forward line that functions properly for the 2nd half of the season. We cant keep relying on midfielders snapping goals all the time.

White had kicked 3 goals in each of the 2 previous games, some people here are overly harsh.

It's not about being harsh. It's about getting the best 22 on the park.

Wait till CBolton comes back and see who gets dropped - then you'll see harsh.

I understand that, but do we need to drop players who have kicked 6 goals in 2 weeks after one bad game? I also believe White is in our best 22.
