I agree, which was why I suggested the EPL version. No team would stay up for more than 4 years at a team, meaning the standard in all the "third" tier comps would be raised. This would also give guys who missed their first shot at the big time a clearer path back - like Luke Vogels! http://www.redandwhiteonline.com/forum/showthread.php/21592-Vogels-and-Grundy

The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face. -
I agree something needs to be done, but I think it's certainly a concern for the current competitions. Taking Sydney Reserves and the 2 top clubs out of AFL Canberra premier division would leave it with 3 clubs, the second division comp has one extra club that does not field a premier division squad so at a stretch they could pop up.
I don't doubt that they can get it to work eventually, but I just think it's a long term thing to get up and running.I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his timeComment

The problem with having only one or two ACT teams is that outside of the Swans Reserves it's a 4 team comp. What do you get the two or three teams left behind to do?10100111001 ;-)Comment
