    Replacements for Melbourne game?

LRT and Smith hamstrings, McVeigh a bad calf so who comes in?

Think White will obviously now stay releasing Goodes into midfield rotation, Ted will cover LRT.

Need two midfielders so is it Ves and Jetta despite neither showing out in the reserves yesterday?

Bevan was carrying a shoulder at the end of the game but will probably be right.

I'd like to see Jetta and Vez back, but we know how the selectors seem to think of Vez...

Roos press conference indicated that Mcveigh may only take a week to recover from the knock ?? -
Smith is a BIG loss and will need a hard tagging defender to take his place -Do we have anyone - Not TDL or Ves
So they may be in to cover someone else moved to the backline.

              Agree with this

Or perhaps be do an un-Swans thing and don't hard tag anyone. It's possible Smith would have played on Davey so that's a job I'm sure Bevan (if fit) could do.

It sucks, we have a great win but have to cop a bunch of serious injuries to some of our most important players.

Could we plunk the big Canadian in the back 50 against the Dees? They don't have the most imposing big forwards. I'd love to see Vez replace Smith (Vez started as a defender didn't he?) and perhaps Jetta for McVeigh?

The three amigos might not be back this year according to Roos. Bird will be back in spring

Great weekend for no-one for the ressies to put their hand up for a game...

I wondered about Smith watching the game. Noticed he had gone very quiet! Is it a bad hammy?

Although he doesn't really deserve it, I suspect Jetta will be back, especially with the spaces of the MCG available. At least he played 15 minutes of scintillating footy on Saturday, even if he did bugger all for the rest of the game. TDL was a little stiff to be dropped - not because he had set the house on fire in his two games but because a few games to settle the nerves might have proved important. And at least he didn't have a shocker in the reserves this weekend.
