All I'm going to say is....just like Lewis Roberts-Thompson, I'd rather Jesse White in the team than out.

YAY,,,,, you get it!!!! So many of them out there don't seem to understand. There is a coterie here who do. I feel I belong to a Special Mocca White Appreciation Society. If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhoodComment

Can I join? We really need players of Jesse's height and weight (look at Geelong - they look huge on average.) Jesse keeps key defenders occupied and is always good for 1 goal :-) (opened against the Doggies). He's brings the ball to ground (excellent goal assist to TDL on weekend). Jesse runs hard, follows up, crashes packs, rucks and is a beautiful kick. What I am trying to say is Jesse has great potential, is a work in progress and would hate to loose him.Comment

He worked hard, his Q4 mark was sensational, his goal assists were very impressive. He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)Comment

Once again, a great game in every respect but one: being a key forward. He's playing like he's 186 cm, not 196 cm. That's fine for now, and he is definitely contributing, but is it sustainable in the long term?
I have to say though, best time possible to crack out his first contested mark of the day!Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!Comment

Jesse was a good contributor today. Sometimes a forward does the other stuff (not just goals), blocks, strong contests, tackles, pressure. Jesse was good in most.Comment

He did some great work on the ground and set up some goals, but his contested marking is diabolical and he is out-bodied far too easily. As a key forward he's not very good."As everyone knows our style of football is defensive and unattractive, and as such I have completely forgotten how to mark or kick over the years" - Brett Kirk

Jessie.
Jessie.
Jessie.
Is Jessie doing enough to keep him from being traded to the gold coasters?Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.Comment
