Took me a while to do the maths but I eventually got there once the shoes came off.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

That kennel cough can be real nasty.

I'm with you Trip! With the form we have shown the last two weeks, the form of the opposition last week, the Hall/Eade factor and the Roos/Kirk factor, if we don't get over 35,000 then we are in trouble.

The biggest thing that week in week out affects our crowds is member turn out.

Based on casual ticket sales we should have been breaking records at most games this season. Unfortunately members have not been showing up.

If you cant make it Saturday night, please pass your membership on to a future Swans fanatic. We need to make sure we have a huge crowd to get behind the boys this Saturday night.

Surely we must get at least 35,000 for this game.

                Will the election affect attendance?

I'd like to think so that at least 35K+ turn up especially if its been a nice day - I would hope that if people are voting they would get it out of the way early. Also the leaflet "handerouterers" are much more friendly first thing in the moring - later in the day they tend to become right crabby - understandable I guess.

Is it too late to get a voting station set up outside the ground?

Julia is the dogs biggest fan. Maybe she'll be at the game and claim victory or admit defeat, or both - hopefully in that order for her / the game.

no one wants to sit at home to see the lesser of two evils win.... the election.

Hopefully that won't happen. I'm guessing you mean Eade as the lesser of two evils and Baz as the greater? I'm hoping the trinity of Roos, Kirk and the common Goodes will rise again.

                              no, i meant the election

considering how dull and pathetic the election campaign has been so far i couldnt imagine anyone slightly interested in the swans wanting to stay home for the election result, i reckon we will get a big crowd!
