Agree Primmy. At those prices I can't go either. Just hope that the B&F isn't charged at the same price later in the year.

Why do Business' put events like this on sale just over a week before Christmas? Killer of a time to be forking out that much.

That's about the going rate now for a seat at a professional event with food, drinks and entertainment.

It's beyond the reach of alot of people, but that's the cold hard facts these days.

I'm sure you're right but its a 20% increase on the B&F prices so it's hard to understand

I wonder if Geoffrey Edelsten and Brynne will be there. True love no matter the age difference is wonderful, isn't it?

That reminds me, the rock melons are on special at Coles tomorrow and I better get a couple for the kids.

Back to the love story. It's only 40 years age difference, I don't understand why so many people don't believe she married him for love. He looks rather dashing with that jet black hair. How does he do it?

If Big Al doesn't go, neither will I !!!!!!!!

Unless a very attractive lady can persuade me to join her at the event and then I'm there !!!!

Sorry, Big Al, loyalty only runs so far !! After all there is the RAS membership at Homebush to catch up.

That's fair Bas. It's an unwritten law with blokes that agreements and pledges can be voided without penalty when a pretty lady enters the equation.

I'll be in Sydney that night, and it'll be my birthday...
But as others have said, out of my price range.

Cheap or expensive tickets - either way people will miss out.

Put the tickets on sale for a lower price to cover food, drinks and room hire only (say about $70.00??? pp) and you are going to have @@@@e loads of people wanting to go and loads missing out.

Put them on sale for $250.00 +, your going to have the same amount of people missing out because of the excessive price.

I understand why the hefty price. The tickets will be sold in any case and a nice little profit will be made on the side.

Depends on your age and common sense.
