..Reg bad first game...

I agree with that, Reg fumbled and bumbled his way around like he was still having nightmares from his semi v BBBB.

But amazingly, I see on AFL Insider last night that he got 4 votes from the coaches???? Both coaches vote on a 5-4-3-2-1 basis, so I'm bewildered how he got votes. Maybe Dean Bailey mixed him up with Mattner and gave Reg the votes for the great blankett job Mattner did on Green, thinking it was Reg.

It's a mystery to me. Admittedly, I watched it only on TV and lots of off the ball work gets missed, but everytime he was on camera he appeared well below the Reg of last year.

Amazing! Ted played much better than Reg and Mattner on Green was almost a BOG effort. He never gave him the free kick for that telling goal either! But I already have a highly cynical attitude towards coaches and this only feeds my delusion that often we would do better without them.(Just joking of course...coaches are Gods!)

Moloney was the bloke who tore us to shreds in the Mid with 22 contested possies
