Goodes is outstanding and has the safest pair of hands on the team.

Some good signs but also some worrying ones. Teddy has been great in defence, but Grundy isn't having such a good game.

I know there's some on here who love Jesse White (and he's probably a lovely boy) but he needs to take more contested marks.

We certainly need to lift in the second half. When Melbourne get a run on they generally move the ball forward much quicker than us.

Bevan went to the ground and took himself out of the game by doing so
J Bolton having a shocker. Jesse up to his usual some bad kicking and shocking decision making also scored a great goal, going to break my heart this season. Sumner not at the races, very poor, looks lost.
Marty started off really well, grundy reading the game well, Jetta and Reid very good, Goodes in a different league. Everitt looks comfortable on the ball and made some great decisions.
