What an exciting time to come on - a big roar from the Brewongle crowd and straight into the center square for bounce

And another huge roar when he had his first touch of the ball. I was beginning to wonder if he was ever going to get subbed on. The poor fella was running up and down the sideline all night (probably trying to stay warm.)

There were no late changes to either team so they couldn't @@@@ that up as usual, but true to form, he came thru in the end.

The roar wasn't just limited to the Brewongle. Over in the O'Reilly there were plenty of cheers too as soon as he came on. It was noticed before the ground announcer tried to tell us he was on, and there were cheers too when he got his first possession.

Moore for Pittard was the late change and I think they got that right. But I still think if the Swans had a late change they wouldn't be able to fix it as the reel of the players doing their pose and handballing themselves seem to have been queue up beforehand.

He almost got caught holding the ball. You'd really expect better from a lad with five minutes experience .
Yes , he looked composed and went ok - Lady Penelope must be happy

Special mention to Alex , the one-man instant nickname factory in Bay 7 and creator of "Habib" for Rhyce Shaw , for coming up with "Nosey".

This was one very popular debut with the fans.He was composed and did at least 2 goal assists. I wish he had come on earlier .There were shades of Jude Bolton about him.

Yes, I was wondering why everyone was so excited when he came on. Must say I joined in. I thought everyone knew something that I didn't. Maybe because we watched him at every break going through his paces. Im sure many people have been following him through the reserves as well.
I thought he looked confident and strong. He has one of those bodies with a low centre of gravity, good for in and under. Is he fast?

The biggest roar we heard on TV was for his first kick.

I'm in Bay 29 too Ugg and I'm with you on the PA there. You can't hear a thing. A mate in the Noble stand messaged me about the Luke Power intro. I did notice the scoreboard saying it was JPK who'd been subbed off though.

On the Kennedy thing, I think the PA/Graphics guys got confused as Kennedy came off when Parker came on, not realising that Gordon had been given the red vest. It doesn't excuse it, but it does explain it.

Maybe we can get subtitles on th big screens?

I know this is getting a little off topic but I was in San Francisco last year for the baseball play-offs and their PA's are quite insane. It's like a nightclub. The music pumps out so loud and the ground announcer sounds like he's sitting right next to you. Different size ground and different seat set-up so I don't really want to compare too much but yeah...amazing PA systems over there.

However, you can only buy 2 beers at a time and it's low strength. Can't win them all!!!

Actually while I'm here, I sat in the SCG Members Stand for the first time on Saturday night. What a depressing atmosphere. Won't be sitting there again!! Straight back to the O'Reilly next Sunday!!

Us too. Have no idea what's going on. Probably an SCG issue. Old system worn out and won't be replaced until the s tand is.
