Yeah ok - but only another year or three - that's all I will give him to prove himself
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

How long are we going to have to put up with him? Given that he was handed the job on a platter, I'm assuming he got a 3 year contract.

My guess is end of 2012, going to be a long 15 months

To be fair caj23 has already admitted he was wrong about Horse. We've all made bad calls so let's move on I reckon.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

              Let's see.
Voted Coach of the Year by his peers.
              Premiership Coach.
              All round nice guy.
He can have the job until HE doesn't want it anymore.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

No wonder Horse was voted Coach of the Year by his peers. Some of the strategies, matchups and tactical moves during the finals games were brilliant. On Sat Having Goodes look after Burgoyne (who carved us up the game before), moving LRT into the back line when he did ..... a couple I can think of. And it is only his second year. He is only going to get better one would think.

                  Nail him down!

                    Did Burgoyne Play?

For mine Horse seems to be a better match day coach than Roosy. Seems willing to change things up a lot more and doesn't often pull the wrong move when he does.

Hats off to Roos and the club for the sussesion plan they put in place. They said at the time they knew they had the right man for the job and they were indeed correct.
