Seconded. Though it's indicative of my wobbling faith in our current forward structure that I actually wander off into a "mayyyyybe .... what if ..." scenario for a millisecond before "Fev? good gawd NO" returns to my consciousness.

        It couldnt hurt...could it?

I mean, we are just one decent forward away from being a genuine threat arent we?

Cheers, yeah i guess i get a little worked up when some spout ilinformed tripe about Fev,ive known him since he was a kid and no he's not the sharpest tool in the shed and has done more dumb things than he'd care to remember.but deep down he's a softy.I have personally told him that any club who even entertained picking him up is just mad, many around him have worked hard to get his goals and ambitions to change and for him to accept he wont be in the big spotlight anymore.

Fev had his ego fed by the hierachy at the blues and was allowed to get away with anything,he and his family are still paying for that today as he tries to adjust to living a normal balanced life.He turned into a monster for a few years there and is finally realising what he's done and the oppurtunities he's wasted.Unfortunately by most he'll be remembered as the idiot who couldnt hold his drink and gambled his life away, which is his own doing but sad to see as he was a fabulous footy player.

            I don't agree.

I would give Fev a try. Despie his idiot acts he actully has a good heart and is a great footballer. Having said that I still feel sorry for the Lions and Michael Voss. Maybe he'll go to GWS and come good.

I got to this post and stopped reading because nothing will make more sense than thisAlso consider the potential need for some older and more seasoned players at the club and I see no reason why not.

I agree he isn't even doing great at VFl level & already been in trouble for ill discipline this year. Fev has kicked 31 goals in 10 not great for a so called great AFL player, he's finished give me a break & lets look at youth not old hacks.

Take out his last game and its 20 from 9 games. Damn straight he's finished. He'd still offer more than White though....

Apparently he's being played much higher up the field so Melbourne's forwards can develop.
Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

I've seen him play twice (once on TV and once live) and he barely left the F50. Frankston is easily the worst side in the VFL. He should finish the year strongly as he's strung some games together now and he's obviously far better than VFL level but he's a mile off the star player that he was 2-3 years ago.
