I'm crying peeps.
Happy for all who were out there to see it live in Melbourne.
OMG.
WE WON!!!!
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun. Blessedare the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
I actually wish west coast had beaten Collingwood cos I reckon we could beat them easier than Collingwood especially if Cox and Kerr were still injured that is of course if we get over Hawthorn.
Oh gawd, watching that game with the two teams I hate the most! The ache in my soul as I cheered for West Coast - beat C'wood for the humiliation, and then we could take you on - yet the fun in watching those @@@@ing Weagles implode, albeit with less schadenfreude than I'd've had if they'd been stomped by anyone other than the Pies ..

Reason: Rule violation
Some special poignant moments. Bolton and Goodes talking about the culture and the bonds within the club prior to the game. Impressive.
Jarrad caressing his black armband straight after the siren. Schnieder whispering words of condolence to Jarrad after the game. It's been a remarkable journey for the Swans these past weeks especially.
"He was proud of us when we won and he was still proud of us when we lost' Tami Roos about Paul Sept 06.
22 heroes tonight. A victory for goodes over evil. Bye Bye St Scum...........oh and Its official I love Nick Smith.
ROK will probably get BOG but for mine it was Smooches job on that StKilda grub that was the difference.
As you say 22 contributors tonight and no one let the team down.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

Yeah I found myself going for West Coast which I thought would never happen after 2006

Smith did an amazing job on Milne (big game choker)..
Reading through 3rd qtr comments...hahaha......i didn't post on here after 3rd qtr was too annoyed, but we produced when it mattered and as Horse said we stuck to our plan after that got on a roll and kept on playing well in the 4th...
Not worried about our results at the MCG..how many away records have we broken this year....
I doubt Buddy will play, bruising on the bone takes anywhere for 4-6 weeks to get over.
Cyril is under an injury cloud and their ruckmen are barely there..
Just have to contain Mitchell, Hodge and Burgs....
NOw just deciding whether to drive from perth or pay the ridiculous air fares as cheaper to drive....but wife wants me to fly...
Was anyone else thinking of the 2005 prelim during the last quarter? The Saints won the third term and looked like they might overrun us in the last. Then Swans kicking all the goals (until Dal Santo's consolation goal 2 minutes before the end) and ROK BOG.
The only difference was Schneider not getting a kick.
I sure was. The vibe was so similar - all the experts assuming before the game that the Saints would towel us, smug Saints supporters thinking it was only a matter of time until they overran us and the Swannies refusing to stick to the script. Loved it.
