Meredith was offered along with Bevan, and Adelaide did not seem particularly interested..

Fire out! What more do they want. That's pretty much worth his weight. Is there any one in particular they are looking for in the Swans?

How about Moore and Meredith? Between them they are the complete midfielder.

Hell, Armstrong's not a gun and he's had several off field problems so it's just posturing by the Cows. I live in Adelaide but I'm not sure any player would really want to move here to either of the Adelaide teams so a late pick should get him to Sydney.

Also laughable was the Cows trying to get Wretchmond's Pick 14 for Maric, a ruckman that could hardly get a game wth them in 2011.

Seaby to Poor Power may be a likely trade as they desperately need a lead ruckman and their Pick 33'ish should get the deal done I'd reckon.

Notice Meredth is being offered around which doesn't surprise as I've felt for some time he's not going to make the grade.

Last I heard is that the crows were sniffing around Lewis Johnston.
Couldn't see the swans entertaining that idea...... Think the crows are getting a little giddy from all their trade week activity

I believe that we have a lot invested in LJ. Very much part of our future.

Couldn't see him being considered for transfer by the Swans.

I'd hate to see a player like Lewis go.
You're right we have invested a bit in him, and he's shown a little bit in the games i've seen him play.
I hope we get to see a bit more of him next year.

Look's like The Swans are set to lose Lewis Johnston to the Adelaide Crows
Does not seem like a fair trade to me. We need forwards not a running HB, LJ can play off the HBF anyway. Arrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhh, this has made me angry.
Was Scott Stevens the last trade we made with the Crows? He turned into a good footballer, LJ could be even better. I had better go away and take 10 deep breaths.

As the Reserve FB page isn't an official Swans site I wouldn't trust it as a source, until it is official.

Swans must regard Armstrong as a good selection. Cause they gave away one of our next generation forwards... IMO..

Jesse White Time to stand up and be counted!

I note that Armstrong's statistics with Adelaide in 2011 were:

                              no goals
                              no behinds
                              no goal assists
