    That also happened to the Love of my Life Stuey, and he took half a season to shave down and gain his speed back so there is precedent (also to Brad Seymour at the same time - visually oh my, but speed wise oh my...stars)

    I think with the conditioning professionals, the tight individual programmes and prior experience that Sam is in good hands. They monitor them pretty fiercely. Also he is smart between the ears

      I remember that. I remember thinking at the time "What is this all about?" My brother was a Weights & Fitness Trainer/Personal Trainer. He was involved some time ago in training the Norwood footy club and he says the major problem is that blokes think it is cool to be big in the upper body. The problem is that sometimes they forget the lower body has to support the upper body and don't do enough work there.
