So I suppose the question is, If Jesse was as good and contributed as much to our win last week as nearly everyone says, why isn't he playing again this week? I think everyone here including me wants to see Jesse achieve his potential but many posters here look at him through red and white glasses. We live in hope.

I don't think making way for LRT means Jesse wasn't good and didn't contribute to the win last week.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I thought you were stepping in to support him and say he played well, however I'm not as astute as some so clearly misread it.

If you had dropped in from outer space to watch last weeks game you would think that the selectors are mad to drop the most effective big forward in the side for an underdone defender ruck on a wet day.

Jesse handled the conditions beautifully last week whilst bringing other players into the game.If Sam has another game like last week at CHF we have very little hope of kicking a winning score.
We have them where we want them, everything is going according to plan!

Well looks like White will be replacing LRT next week.

Armstrong for Malceski would be my other change.

                    Yes!
For all the Longmire haters (you know who you are), he coached extremely well today.
And Smith as sub, was certainly a turning point.

Yes he did coach well today but it was pretty sad to see LRT back in the changerooms when he could've waited a week or too to heal properly. Smith was so composed and seemed to bring much confidence into the backline.

Yep. Horse deserves a ton of credit for this.
