I fear we may be too tall at the back. I should think Ted will stand St.Nick, but if Gwilt (semi fit) or Blake (their 2nd 'ruckman') don't play forward we might see both AJ and Grundy trying to cover small like Milera, Saad or their 'resting' mids.
On the other hand it would have been most unlike the Swan selectors not to back the current team. So one of the tall backs may wear the vest.

AJ to rest and wear the vest. Come on and give a chop out to the bigs.

It wouldn't surprise. Is that an opinion or a fact?

AJ is definitely the most likely to be probably given the sub vest all else being equal....

If it's that obvious that he needs a rest, then wouldn't he be better served having the weekend off to refresh...

And give the spot in the vest to someone like Nipper or Cunningham or Armstrong....I'm assuming they are all fit and raring to go.

David Schwartz reckons the "do it for Lenny" thing will get them overe the line. Says a big name is going to pull out of our side

Big Name - Lewis Roberts Thompson is the longest one we have.

Happened to be on the same 2pm virgin flight down from Sydney today as the team. I did not note anyone being missing. Interesting that Reid, who was in front of me stood up rubbing his back and grimacing a bit, but it was a Virgin Blue flight!

Didn't see any of them - but there were a bunch of them down the front end where was a bit harder to see. Pretty sure not white or Everitt as they would have been in the emergency exit row in front of me.

Come to think of it, I did not see Shaw, but I probably just missed him being shorter of stature. Other than that, the big names seemed present and accounted for.

Surely you don't take any notice of Schwartz....he wouldn't know if is arse was on fire.

Have to say....it's great when your team wins by 100 points, but it doesn't leave people with a lot to talk about, does it? We're reduced to speculating on who the sub is and listening to vague rumours from sources no better connected than we are.

I wonder what colour boots Jetta will be wearing? Did anyone catch a peek in his bag?
