Had to go away with my family for the weekend. First game I haven't seen for since 2002. Really great game. Always felt that if essendon kicked straight they would be in it, but really didn't think they would get there.mthought we would need three goals in the last quarter, but just staggering that we couldn't just shut it down in the last earlier. Hate o keefe loose, he is just too slow to play that position. Why mal hand passed to him I don't know because mal is a better kick than him. Watching the lads they are so seriously pumped so very proud of them, but even so we really need to start winning the contests a bit better than we are managing just at the moment.

All in all amazing win well done to everyone involved, and can't believe that I went away....

I swear I am going to give up watching footy. Isn't it meant to be fun and entertaining??? Not health threatening and teeth gnashing.

To use the words of that dolt 'wow wee'. How many years have they taken off us with these kind of games?!
Hey, we won in Melbourne! Yes!

I love Tony Armstrong's enthusiasm so much! He also appears to love a hug

                          Heart rate is still high.
Loved the win, but boy did we try to throw that one away.
Ground it out for 3 qtrs only to be overrun in the last.

                          Amazing game.

It is fantastic that we won and that we are top of the ladder.. Though I am not sure with such a bad last quarter whether we take any momentum into the Geelong game in 2 weeks.. Conflicting emotions..

I was close to passing out in that last minute, my heart rate hit a new high. Tony, teddy, jetts and jude were the standouts for me! Bloody good win in the end

I think it's fair to say the total domination the Swans enjoyed in the first 3 quarters resulting from a greater effort....cost them in being able to run out the game. Can't remember the last time the Swans conceded 9 goals in a quarter.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.
