Just thought I would advise that the membership department did indeed look after Vic members with Sydney home game privileges. An email went out to Vic members advising that members with entitlements (Gold and Platinum) can go through an online registration process that will guarantee membership card entry to the Hawks game.
I just went through the online registration process. It was easy and if you are planning to go to this game and have Sydney entry entitlements, you can complete your registration any time until 12:00 noon on Thursday 23 August. Or just ring the Melbourne office and they will be happy to help you.
It's not going to be Jude's 300th anymore (which is one of the reasons I really wanted to go to this game) but it is still going to be a bumper crowd watching a block-buster game and I am very happy that I am going to be there.
