Only 1 disposal for Rhycey- Addison has been fantastic on him.
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

They have both been good but Sammy could do with the umpire watching the scragging and pushing. I think LRT has been great in the last 4 or 5 weeks. Who would have believed he would turn into a forward, I certainly wouldn't have! Pykie has been fantastic some of his pack marks have been sublime. It is so good to know we have a big man who can regularly take the pack mark. Mummy has been good too.

In the first quarter the taps were going straight to the feet of the players in the centre square and our mids were happy to stand back instead of get front possie on their opponents. They were getting the clearances. In the second quarter that changed and our blokes were jostling for front spot and we won the clearances. Our defense tightened up and our mids and wingers didn't allow them to run through the guts and break the lines. Got to keep that up!

Hmmm...the board is saying it's 17 degrees inside the stadium...it feels a bit warmer...must be those $9.80 rum-and-cokes...$9 dollars 80 cents! That's gotta be the most expensive spirits drink at ANY stadium in the country...

Kudos to the Dogs for coming out and playing as if they have nothing to lose. As the commentators have said, the Swans are going to have to play well to win this, and thankfully we've started to play a little better. Mids are now winning their fair share of ball, but delivery forward remains haphazard at best. With as many as 4 talls targets down there at any time, just think how effective the forward line could be if the ball was sent vaguely in their direction.
Dogs are playing as though they have nothing to lose because they have nothing to lose. The delivery has been haphazard you are right. There have been times when the short kick was the go and they bombed to Sammy & Goodsie or Sammy & LRT surrounded by a pack of Bulldogs. What is this thing we have got into recently just kicking the ball off the ground instead of picking the bloody thing up and directing it to a player. We did it against Pies & are doing it again today.

All his kicks today have been really short and all over the place. That is a sign that when he kicks he is stretching and tightening. Not good!
Precisely what I said he is not right.

Maybe I feel persecuted, but I thought McIvaney said that everyone knows the Swans have to play well for an extended period of time to win (period).

Note Goodes just kicked from 40 metres

With a bit of luck, we'll play ourselves back into form with this game...

Maybe Pyke and LRT are the answer to our forward line woes??? and aren't they both former rugby players? curious...let's start taking a closer look at the Waratahs...
