Re: Soft haired barbarian
With Mcglynn out we need a forward who is going to work their arse off with and without the ball. LRT fits that description perfectly...And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Morton played well (one exception) but reckon he may be on bench.Comment

He will out of necessity, but how good would a backline of reg, Ted and LRT be ? AJ or Marty would have to make way to make that happen but that is a @@@@ing good backline right there !Last edited by goswannie14; 9 September 2012, 08:00 AM.Comment

When I heard Grundy was out I wasn't too worried because he hasn't been in great form and knew that LRT would finally get to play back where he belongs. He is a good match up on he big talls down back. I haven't been a fan of LRT all year but fantastic to see LRT play his best game of the year. Just hope he stays back where he can be of value. Morton did a great job today and is a natural forward and is the biggest bonus from today's game. I hope we are all giving im some love too. P.S dirtyburt your life must be pathetic to be such a tool all the time.Last edited by bloodsman; 8 September 2012, 09:18 PM.Comment

Welcome
How about that bearded warrior? Did anyone notice his 1,457,756 spoils?
Also did you actually watch the game... It was clearly 1,457,757 spoils. And you call yourself a supporter...And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

I can't believe I just wasted time reading this thread. I don't post often, but felt the need to after that.
PLAY THE POST, NOT THE POSTER!
If that doesn't start to happen, may I suggest mods start handing out some bans?
The site is littered with petty crap these days. And I have no doubt it not only drives people away but also stops them joining in, in the first place.
There's a site called bigfooty if anyone wants to act like a child.Ed Considine's day out - Round 3, 16th April 1995.

Thank you for making me waste 30 minutes of my Sunday morning cleaning up the rubbish and abuse in this thread.
GROW UP. If you can't play the ball, DON'T play the man.
Enough warnings, anything else happens it will be an infraction.
For goodness sake, we are in the preliminary final.....ENJOY IT!!!Does God believe in Atheists?Comment

Could we play LRT, Grundy and Ted down back, with Ted taking the 3rd tall, ala Scarlett, or loose man in defence? It would look a bit like the Geelong defence, with Lonergen, Taylor and Scrarlett, with Johnson playing a role like Mackey. It works for them. Why not us? I like the idea of giving Ted a bit more ability to be 3rd man up.
Cheers
